The label will be indexed if you allow the crawlers. Yes it will creating a duplicate content but WordPress, Drupal or any other CMS not block the category page either. Just creating the label wisely and you will be fine.

I noticed that my labels did not have search description. Is this because it was disallowed? Will it show search description once I allow crawlers?
